A: The MOQ for outdoor jackets and pants is 20 pcs per style and color. We support small trial orders for new clients to test our quality, fitting, and service before bulk production.
Q2: Can I customize the fabric, color, or logo?
A: Yes. We provide OEM & ODM customization, including fabric selection (softshell, hardshell, polyester, nylon, fleece), color matching, logo embroidery or printing, and customized labeling or packaging.
Q3: What is your production lead time?
A: Normally 25–35 working days after sample approval and deposit payment. Lead time may vary slightly depending on order quantity and material availability.
Q4: Can you develop products based on my design or tech pack?
A: Yes. We can create samples based on your drawings, photos, or reference garments, and recommend suitable fabrics and trims to meet your outdoor performance requirements.
Q5: Do you provide fabric or performance testing reports?
A: Yes. We work with SGS and TUV to provide fabric performance tests such as waterproofness, breathability, and abrasion resistance if required.
Q6: Do you export internationally?
A: Yes. We export outdoor apparel to Europe, North America, South America, and the Middle East, and assist clients with export documentation and shipping arrangements.
Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Visa, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure international payments.
