Why doesn’t the Soviet military uniform follow the European design, but rather followed the design of the uniform of the Streltsy

The Soviets had different uniforms for different branches, and also uniform changes in the 74 years of its existence. I’m guessing you’re talking about the Russian Civil War Soviet uniforms, which resemble the Streltsy the most, instead of the M35, M43, M55, M69 and M89 uniforms.
