Yes and no. It is not the standard issue uniform for the US Army and Air Force but it utilizes the same OCP Scorpion W2 camouflage. The G3 and G4 pants and combat shirt from Crye Precision offer an elevated level of quality over the standard 50/50 or even the IHWCU hot weather uniform.
