Chapter 3 of Army Regulation 670–1 prohibits the use of “wireless or non-wireless devices/earpieces while wearing Army uniforms,” and naturally that includes the APFU. (And you don’t even want to think about putting those earbuds in while you’re wearing a dress uniform!)
