Does the military still use digital camo?
Authorization of UCP uniforms ended on 1 October 2019, though still sees some limited usage on other gear such as some body armor and cold weather overgear. As the Army began phasing out UCP, many state defense forces began adopting it as their uniform.

The MARPAT Camo is one that began developing in the 90s and impacted camouflage patterns around the world thanks to it’s innovation. Beyond the military, woodland digital camo also makes for a great hunting camo.

Who uses Woodland digital camo?
Introduced in 2001, the Digital Woodland camo is a digital camouflage which replaced the classic Woodland pattern and is used with the United States Marine Corps.

Do Navy Seals still use Woodland Camo?
The U.S. Navy no longer uses the Woodland pattern. Most of the Navy has transitioned to the Navy Working Uniform, which uses digital patterns in either a woodland colorway (NWU Type III) or, for some deployed tactical units only, a desert version (Type II).

Why did the Army get rid of digital camo?
Because it turned out that the study they based digital camo on was garbage. The US Armed Services have since changed to Operational Camouflage Pattern which is much closer to traditional camouflage. If I had to guess, they want one Universal pattern camo that will work in EVERY environment in the world, and space too.
